Dyssidia were lucky enough to support Perth Eurovision superstars Voyager on Friday night. We have played with them several times over the years, usually to much smaller crowds, but this time it was a sold out crowd at Adelaide Uni Bar! Absolutely world class performance from the Voyager crew. On the 30th of June, I’ll be doing a one-off show with Adelaide Sepultura tribute band Troops of Doom at The Gov. It’s been a lot of fun learning this hour long high energy set and I can’t wait to play the show which is also a send off show for Adelaide band Hidden Intent before they go off to play some impressive festivals in Europe including Wakken!

Next on the cards is the Adelaide Guitar Festival with Freedom of Fear on the 15th of July which is quite a historic occasion since the festival has somehow never featured a metal band, let alone an extreme metal band (crazy right?). We will be performing a 70 minute set including an old school neo-classical shred cover. Support band to be announced shortly. Tickets available here. Freedom of Fear are also touring in August with mates in Remission and Flaming Wrekage. We will be hitting Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth which I’m excited to be playing for the first time in years.

Finally, Hadal Maw are back with this show in Melbourne for the Carthus album launch. I’ve been wanting to see Myridian for over a decade now so I’m excited for this line-up!
